Subsequent Work
- Danger of fire or explosion
→ Avoid contact with hot parts or sources of ignition.
→ Use suction to remove ignitable vapours.
→ Attach warning sign in a clearly visible position.
→ Contain leaked media using non-flammable absorbent material and put it in a container designed for this purpose for disposal in accordance with local requirements.
→ Secure collection containers/vessels to prevent them from tipping over.
- Danger of chemical burns
→ Wear personal protective gear.
→ Ensure that there is good ventilation.
→ Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.
- > P378a - Pressure gauge with connecting line must be loosened and removed from the fuel line.
- Connect low-pressure fuel line -2-
in the engine compartment to low-pressure fuel line (fuel tank line) -3-

Fuel low-pressure line plug-in coupling connection
Connect and lock plug-in coupling -1- . Pull to check that the connection is secure.
- Clip in fuel line and close the retaining bar.
- Switch on ignition (fuel pump is activated briefly) and visually inspect the plug-in coupling area for leaks.
- Remove the charger.
- Remove warning sign.
- Install engine-compartment blower at the left and cover on engine-compartment blower.
- Only for Carrera:
Install acoustic simulator line at the left -1- .

Position, push on and lock acoustic simulator line at the left -1- .
- Only for Cabriolet:
Close the convertible top.
