Removing Vibration Damper
- Position vibration damper -1-
in order to secure it.
Turn the vibration damper clockwise using > 9773 - turning device-3- until one staking bore is flush with the hole in the crankcase.
> 9595/1 - Locating pin-4- must be inserted into the staking bore in order to secure the vibration damper.
Disconnecting vibration damper
Information
Replace components if damaged.
- Remove vibration damper -1-
.
Unscrew and remove screws -2- .
Remove vibration damper.
Check vibration damper for damage and replace the component if necessary.
- Check the centering pin on the crankshaft flange for damage and replace if necessary.
