Installing Front Coolant Pipe
WARNING:
Caustic fluids
- Danger of chemical burns
→ Wear personal protective gear.
→ Ensure that there is good ventilation.
→ Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.
Information
- Fit new O-rings on coolant lines.
- Clean electric plug connections and coolant hoses before assembly.
- Coat O-rings and coolant hoses with Kluber Plus Gel.
- Remove stoppers before Atting the coolant lines and hoses.
- Installation is performed in reverse order to removal.
Tightening torques:
Holder to body, M6 x 32 > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
Holder to front-axle carrier, M6 x 16 > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
