Installing Coolant Distributor Housing

WARNING: Caustic fluids

Danger of chemical burns
→ Wear personal protective gear.

→ Ensure that there is good ventilation.

→ Avoid contact with caustic fluid.

→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.

Information

Fit new O-rings and moulded seals.
Clean sealing points before Atting.
Coat O-rings and moulded seals with Kluber Plus Gel.

Installation is performed in reverse order to removal.
Tighten screws -2- .

> Tightening torque 33 Nm (24 ftlb.)
