Checking Engine Coolant Level And Antifreeze Content
WARNING:
Hot fluid

→ Let the fluid cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.
→ Ensure that there is good ventilation. → Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
→ If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.
Information
- The coolant filled in at the factory is intended for lifetime cooling and, thus, need not be changed.
- Check antifreeze content.
Open engine compartment lid.
Unscrew coolant cap -1- .
Check antifreeze content using a commercially available antifreeze tester.
If it is below -35° Celsius, correct the antifreeze content by increasing the proportion of pure coolant accordingly.

- Only use Genuine Porsche coolant.
- Never mix coolant with other coolants.
- Check engine coolant level and correct it if necessary.
The engine coolant level must be between the Min and Max markings. If this is not the case, either extract or add coolant
