Installing Strut (Dome Strut)

1. Fit strut -1-  on the body.

   Strut mounting

   1. 1.1 Tighten screws -2-  . >Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 
2. Fit compressor with holder -1-  .

   Mounting for compressor holder

   1. 2.1 Move compressor holder into installation position.
   2. 2.2 Tighten nut -4-  . >Tightening torque 7 Nm (5.1 ftlb.) 
   3. 2.3 Insert compressor and close the lid.
   4. 2.4 Tighten nut -3-  . >Tightening torque 7 Nm (5.1 ftlb.) 
3. Fit battery clamp -1-  .

   Mounting for battery clamp

   1. 3.1 Tighten screw -3-  . >Tightening torque 9.7 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) 
   2. 3.2 Tighten nut -2-  . >Tightening torque 7 Nm (5.1 ftlb.) 
4. Fit holder -1-  for PASM line on both sides of the vehicle on the strut.

   Holder for PASM line

   1. 4.1 Fit holder on strut -arrow A-  .
   2. 4.2 Secure clip connection -2-  .
5. Clip in front trim panel -1-  on both sides of the strut -2-  .
