Preparing (Inner) Rear Wheel Housing For Installation

  1. Fit in (inner) rear wheel housing with corner panel and secure it to the body.
  2. Drill bore holes for blind rivets.

    > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS

    > diameter 6.6 mm

  3. Drill bore holes for blind rivets.

    > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS

  4. Remove (inner) rear wheel housing with corner panel.
  5. Prepare marked areas for bonding and riveting.
