Preparing Inner Side Section For Installation

Information

The two front holes must be drilled offset with respect to the standard joint. Observe specified dimensions.

1. Fit in inner side section on the body and secure it.

   Information

   Drill holes offset with respect to the standard joint.

   1. 1.1  Drill bore holes for blind rivets through all sheetmetal plates using > Diameter 4.1 mm  .
   2. 1.2  Make a > VAS 6957 - 100° cut-off  on the outside of the vehicle at the rivet holes using a master arm.

2. Drill bore holes for blind rivets through both sheetmetal plates using > Diameter 6.6 mm  .

3. Drill bore holes for blind rivets through all sheetmetal plates using > Diameter 6.6 mm  .

4. Prepare marked areas for bonding and riveting.
