Installing Reinforcement

Information

• Before final assembly, make sure you fully underst and all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive.
• The bonding process can only be car M o'<t reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed.
• Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tool s necessary for later repair work are available.

1. Install reinforcement and check that it fits perfectly.
2. Apply adhesive evenly in the marked area -A-  on the joint area of the body. > Application depth 0.5 mm

3. Apply adhesive to reinforcement.

   Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm 

   Also apply a bead of adhesive all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm
