Preparing connection areas of the body for installation

  1. Align the sealing surfaces and connections of the body.
  2. De-burr connection areas and prepare for joining.
  3. Prepare marked connection a^as of the body for joining.

    Preparing body connection areas

    Green Bonding + resistance spot-welding
    Blue Bonding
    Red Plug-welding/apply a full steel weld without bonding
