Preparing Connection Areas Of The Body For Installing The Side Member Reinforcement (Front Filler Plate)

  1. Align the sealing surfaces and connections of the body.
  2. De-burr connection areas and prepare for joining.
  3. Prepare marked areas on the body for joining.

    Joint areas

    A Bonding and riveting.
    > 5X00IN21 WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE PAH.071.781.00
    B Apply full aluminium weld.
    > 5X00IN10 WELDING ALUMINIUM
