Preparing (Inner) B-Pillar Reinforcement

Fit in (inner) B-pillar reinforcement and secure it to the body.
Drill out the existing holes.
> 5X00IN29 REPLACING FRICTION ELEMENT FOR WELDED JOINT

> Diameter 7 mm

Weld flow-form welding rivets onto the B pilar leinforcement (inner) through the existing holes.

Drill holes for rivets.

4.1 Drill holes for countersunk rivets -A- .
> Diameter 6, 5 mm
4.2 Sink holes from above.
4.3 Drill holes for blind rivets -B - .
> Diameter 6, 6 mm

Remove (inner) B-pillar reinforcement.

Prepare marked areas.

6.1 Prepare area -A- for bonding and riveting.

6.2 Prepare area -B- for full steel welding.
