Preparing Connection Areas Of The Body For Installing Hinge Pillar

  1. Align the sealing surfaces and connections of the body.
  2. De-burr connection points and prepare them for joining.
  3. Prepare marked areas for bonding, resistance spot-welding and full steel welding.
    1. 3.1  Prepare area -A-  for bonding and resistance welding.

    2. 3.2  Prepare area -B-  for full steel welding.
