Preparing Rear (Roof) Cross Member For Installation

Information 

• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of he vehicle or a similar component.
• Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well.

1. Install rear (roof) cross member and secure it to the body.
2. Punch holes for flow-form rive ts in areas -A-  .

3. Drill holes for blind rivets in area -B-  through all sheetmetal panels. > Diameter 6.6 mm

4. Remove rear (roof) cross member.
5. Prepare marked areas for bonding and riveting.
