Removing Roof Pillar

Information 

Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.

1. Mark and make cut -A-  . > Distance 22 mm

3. Unscrew self-tapping screws -1-  .

4. Drill out spotwelds.

5. Loosen friction element welded joints.

6. Heat bonding areas using > V.A.G 1416 - Hot-Air Blower  .

7. Bend up seams -1-  using > VAS 6635/5 - Crimping pliers  .

8. Remove roof pillar.
