Removing Roof (Rear Panel)

Information 

Cover adjacent areas.

• Cover accessories adjacent to the repair area on the vehicle.
• Cover any accessories remaining on the vehicle.

1. Prepare roof (rear panel).

   Roof (rear panel)

   A	> Length 45 mm
   B	> Length 40 mm
   C	> Length 80 mm
   D	> Length 35 mm
   E	> Length 45 mm

   1. 1.1  Mark drilling positions at the left and right. > Roof (rear panel) 
   2. 1.2  Drill holes using > Nr.128-2 - spotweld cutter  .
   3. 1.3  Cut a cut-out -1-  all the way around in the roof (rear panel) using > VAS 6843 - Electric panel shears  .
2. Cut through rear adhesive bead -1-  using > V.A.G 1561B - electric cutter  and remove roof (rear panel) -2-  .
