Preparing Body Front Section For Installation

Information 

Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.

1. Remove the marked area for fitting the front-end vehicle.
   1. 1.1  Mark and make cut -A-  .

      > Distance 6 mm

2. Fit body front section and secure it to the body.

   > 5X00IN41 Gap dimensions

   Position body front section using the straightening system.

3. Drill bores for the rivets through the existing holes. > Diameter 6.6 mm

4. Drill through existing bore holes for the rivets from the outside. > diameter 6.6 mm

5. Drill through existing bore holes -A and B-  for the rivets from inside the vehicle. > diameter 6.6 mm

8. Prepare connection areas of the body front section for bonding and riveting.
