Removing Front Side Member (Front Section)

Information 

Before installation, check coding on spare part: Only a front longitudinal member (front section) with two grooves -1-  is permitted for installation.

Longitudinal member (front section)

Information 

Only make cuts in the top plate. Make sure not to damage the plate underneath when doing this.

1. Cut front longitudinal member (front section) at-dimension A- 

   Mark and make cut > Distance 392.5 mm

2. Unscrew self-tapping screws -1-  .

   > 5X00IN24 SETTING SELF-TAPPING SCREWS

3. Heat bonding area using > V.A.G 1416 - Hot-Air Blower.

4. Remove front side member (front section).
