Installing Corner Panel

Information 

• Before final assembly, make sure you fully understand all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive. 
• The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed. 
• Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tools necessary for later repair work are available. 

1. Install corner panel and check that it fits perfectly.
2. Apply adhesive evenly on the joint area of the body. > Application depth 0.5 mm

   Connection areas

3. Apply adhesive to the body front section.
   1. 3.1  Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm 
   2. 3.2  Also apply a bead of adhesive all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm

4. Apply adhesive to reinforcement.
   1. 4.1  Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm 
   2. 4.2  Also apply a bead of adhesive all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm

6. Rivet in reinforcement.

      Inner bores

      Information 

      The countersunk rivets must be riveted in from the front in order to guarantee that the components above them are seated correctly.
