Preliminary Work

  1. Remove wheel.

    > 440519 Removing and installing wheel - section on "Removing"

  2. Remove front wheel housing liner (front section).

    > 50561901 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER (FRONT SECTION)  - section on "Removing"

  3. Remove front wheel housing liner (rear section).

    > 50561903 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER (REAR SECTION)  - section on "Removing"

  4. Remove front apron.

    > 631519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT APRON - section on "Removing"

  5. Remove headlight.

    > 941519 Removing and installing headlights - section on "Removing"

  6. Remove airbag sensor.

    > 695119 Removing and installing airbag sensor - section on "Removing"

  7. Only when removing the right wing:  Remove filler flap.

    > 553719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FILLER FLAP - section on "Removing"

  8. Only when removing the right wing:  Remove dryer.

    > 875519 Removing and installing dryer - section on "Removing"

  9. Only when removing the right wing:  Disconnect refrigerant line near the wheel housing.

    > 874319 Refrigerant line from air-conditioning compressor to condenser (section from connection point in front wheel housing to condenser)

  10. Only when removing the right wing:  Disconnect refrigerant line at condenser.

    > 874619 Removing and installing refrigerant line between condenser and desiccator

  11. Only when removing the left wing:  Remove windscreen-washer reservoir.

    > 926019 Removing and installing windscreen-washer reservoir - section on "Removing"
