Removing Radiator Support

Checking position

• Check the flatness in the -1  -area -2- using a straight-edge. 
• If deformation is clearly visible, replace the adjacent component. 

1. Mark installation position of radiator support.

2. Mark the position of the bore holes on the body in order to position the bore holes correctly.

3. Remove punch rivets using > VAS 852 001 - Body Dent Removal System, Aluminium  and > VAS 6790 - Compact Booster. 

   > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS

4. Remove radiator support.
5. Check the adjacent component.
