Removing Floor Front Section

  1. Loosen joints on floor front section.

    Floor front section

    A Remove punch rivets using > VAS 852 001 - Body Dent Removal System, Aluminium  and > VAS 6790 - Compact Booster  .
    > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS
    B Drill out penetrated joints.
    > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS
  2. Remove punch rivets using > VAS 852 001 - Body Dent Removal System, Aluminium  and > VAS 6790 - Compact Booster.

    Punch rivets

  3. Unscrew self-tapping screw -1-  .

  4. Grind down welded seams -2-  .

  5. Remove punch rivets using > VAS 852 001 - Body Dent Removal System, Aluminium  and > VAS 6790 - Compact Booster. 

    > 5X00IN23 REPLACING PUNCH RIVETS AND PENETRATED JOINTS

  6. Remove punch rivets using > VAS 852 001 - Body Dent Removal System, Aluminium  and > VAS 6790 - Compact Booster.

  7. Heat bonding areas using > V.A.G 1416 - Hot-Air Blower.

  8. Remove floor front section.
