Preparing Front Panel For Installation

Remove angle brackets on both sides.

1.1 Remove punch rivets using > VAS 852 001 - body dent removal system, aluminium and > VAS 6790 - Compact Booster.

Punch rivets on angle bracket

1.2 Heat bonding areas using > V.A.G 1416 - hot-air blower and remove angle bracket.

Bonding areas on argle bracket

Fit front panel and secure it to the body.
Drill bore holes for rivets in areas -A and B- . > Diameter 6.6 mm

Bore holes for BLIND RIVETS
Remove front panel.
Prepare connection areas of front panel for bonding and riveting.
