Installing Front Panel

Information 

• Before final assembly, make sure you fully understand all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive. 
• The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed. 
• Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tools necessary for later repair work are available. 

1. Install front panel and check hat it fits perfectly.
2. Remove front panel.
3. Apply adhesive evenly on joint areas of the body. > Application depth 0.5 mm

4. Apply adhesive to the front panel.
   1. 4.1  Apply adhesive evenly over the entire bonding surface. > Application depth 0.5 mm 
   2. 4.2  Also apply an adhesive bead of sealant all around the bonding surface. > Application depth 3 mm

5. Install front panel and rivet it in areas -A and B-  .
