Preparing (Centre) Front Closing Panel For Installation

  1. Fit in (centre) front closing panel and secure it to the body.
  2. Prepare joints on (centre) front closing panel.

    Joints

    A Drill holes for BLIND RIVETS through both sheetmetal panels. > Diameter 6.6 mm 
    B Drill holes for countersunk BLIND RIVETS through both sheetmetal panels. > Diameter 6.6 mm 
  3. Remove (centre) front closing panel.
  4. Prepare marked areas for bonding and riveting.
