  1. Remove sliding-roof panel.

    > 604019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SLIDING-ROOF PANEL  - information on "Removing"

  2. Remove sunroof (locking mechanism).

  3. Remove control unit for air deflector.

  4. Remove control unit for sliding roof.

  5. Remove sunroof motor.

  6. Glass sunroof only:  Remove operating cable (sun blind).

  7. Remove the roof.
