Installing Rear-View Mirror Housing (Upper Part)

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

Make sure that the housing is locked fully at all latching points.

Tighten screws on rear-view mirror housing to > Tightening torque 0.5 Nm (0.35 ftlb.) +/- 0.2 Nm (0.1 ftlb.)  . > VAS 6253A - Torque wrench, 0.4-2 Nm (0.3-1-.5 ftlb.)
