Removing Roof Moulding

Installation position

1. Pull rubber seal for door -1-  out of the body in the roof moulding area -Arrows-  .

2. Turn clips -1-  along the roof moulding -2-  by 90° using a Torx wrench -arrow-  .

3. Remove roof moulding.

   1. 3.1  Starting at the front, pull the roof moulding -1-  down as far as the B-pillar -Arrows-  . Insert a plastic wedge between the roof moulding and body if necessary.
   2. 3.2  Pull the roof moulding -1-  out of the fastening clamps -2-  close to the side window -arrow A-  .

   3. 3.3  Pull roof moulding -1-  forward and remove it -arrow B-  .
