Installing Rear Apron

NOTIFICATION 

Heat protection panels not fitted correctly 

• Risk of damage to adjacent parts 

  → Make sure the heat protection panels overlap correctly.

  → Replace damaged or deformed heat protection panels.

  → Check heat protection panels for deformation, secure fixing of the aluminium braided cord, cracks and missing or damaged fixing tabs.

  → At least 80% of the total sealing area must be sealed without gaps.

Information 

Get another person to help you to install the rear apron.

1. Installation is performed in reverse order.
2. Tighten top screws to > Tightening torque 3.2 (2.2 ft.lb) Nm  .
3. Tighten bottom screws to > Tightening torque 3.2 (2.2 ft.lb) Nm  .
4. Tighten screw to > Tightening torque 7 (5 ft.lb) Nm  .
5. Tighten screws to > Tightening torque 3.2 (2.2 ft.lb) Nm  .
6. Tighten nut on wheel housing liner to > Tightening torque 2.5 (1.75 ft.lb) Nm + 10 % - 15 %  .
