Removing Filler Flap

Installation position

1. Unscrew and remove cap.
2. Pull drain hose -1-  off the filler flap -2-  (-arrow-  ).

3. Disconnect ground cable -1-  from the filler flap.

4. Release filler flap switching element -arrow A-  and detach it by turning it 90° clockwise -arrow B-  .

5. Remove filler flap switching element and set it aside with electric line connected.
6. Unclip locking lugs -1-  on filler flap -2-  on the inside.

7. Carefully push rubber sleeve outwards over the connection piece -Arrows-  .

8. Swivel the filler flap -1-  out of the body aperture -arrow-  and remove it.
