PREPARING FRONT CROSS PANEL (FRONT CRASH SUPPORT) FOR INSTALLATIOn

Information 

• Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle or a similar component. 
• Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well. 

1. Fit in front cross panel (front crash support) and secure it to the body
2. Drill bore holes for rivets in areas -A-  and -B-  through the front cross panel (front crash support). > Diameter 6.6 mm

3. Remove front cross panel (front crash support).
4. Prepare marked area -A-  for bonding and riveting.

5. Prepare marked area -B-  for aluminium welding.
