On vehicles with the optional Porsche Vehicle Tracking System (PVTS) , this option is integrated in the control unit for external communication.

Before removing the communication control unit, the Porsche Vehicle Tracking System (PVTS) must be set to Vehicle Servicing mode .
Service mode can only be set by the customer using Car Connect.

Only for vehicles of MY 19 to MY 21 and with ERA GLONASS emergency call system (Eurasian customs union)
If the control unit for external communication is replaced, the gateway control unit must be replaced first.

- Remove central computer PCM.
