Removing Led Light Bulb (Standard And PDLS)

Information 

Always comply with the regulations for handling ESD-sensitive components!

• Always wear approved work clothes and shoes when carrying out assembly work. 
• Do not remove new parts from ESD (electrostatic discharge) protective packaging until shortly before installation. 
• Do not touch electric pins and plug contacts. 

Information 

• Only work on removed headlights in a clean work area and on a soft surface.

Installation position

1. Cut tie-wrap -1-  on wire harness for LED light bulb using side cutters.

   The wire harness must not be damaged.

2. Release and unplug electric plug connection -2-  .
3. Loosen fastening screws for LED light bulb and remove LED light bulb from the headlight.

   Do not touch the front of the LED light bulb, only the housing.
