Subsequent Work

1. Install rear apron.

   Information 

   The PIWIS Tester  instructions take precedence since the description may be different with later Tester releases.

   The procedure described here has been structured in general terms. Different text or additional information may appear on the PIWIS Tester  .

2. Standardise the rear spoiler.
   1. 2.1 Connect the Tester to the vehicle and start it. Switch on ignition.
   2. 2.2 Select the vehicle type if required.
   3. 2.3 Select the Rear-end electronics  control unit in the overview.  Press F12 to continue.
   4. 2.4 Drive links/checks  must be selected.
   5. 2.5 Teach  must now be selected. Press F12 to continue.
   6. 2.6 Select and perform Standardisation run for rear spoiler.  Press F12 to continue.
   7. 2.7 Follow the instructions on the Tester. Execute according to menu guidance.
   8. 2.8 Read out the fault memory.  Clear it if necessary.
   9. 2.9 Exit the diagnostic application. Switch off ignition. Disconnect the Tester from the vehicle.
3. Check function.

Extend and retract the rear spoiler manually by pressing the button in the passenger compartment.
