Replacing Transmission Mount

NOTIFICATION 

Incorrect handling of components 

• Risk of damage to components 
  • forward Carefully remove and install component.

1. Clamp gear support -2-  in a suitable vice using aluminium clamping jaws.
2. Replace transmission mount -1-  .
   1. 2.1 Mark position of transmission mount -1-  with respect to gear support -2-  .
   2. 2.2 Screw off fastening nut -A-  and counter at the two flats on the gear support -2-  while doing this.
   3. 2.3 Remove transmission mount -1-  from gear support -2-  .
   4. 2.4 Copy the position marked on the old transmission mount -1-  with respect to the gear support -2-  to the new transmission mount -1-  .
   5. 2.5 Insert new transmission mount -1-  into gear support -2-  and only tighten fastening nut -A-  slightly.
