Lifting The Vehicle

- Drive vehicle onto the lifting platform. Pay particular attention to the following:
- When driving onto a lifting platform, ensure that there is sufficient distance between the lifting platform and the vehicle.
- If work has to be done in the front footwell, the vehicle should be positioned in such a way that the doors can be opened far enough.

Vehicle can fall down
- Risk of squashing or crushing
- Risk of damage to the vehicle
→ Do not place any solid objects under the raised vehicle.
→ Ensure that the lifting platform is prevented from lowering.
→Remove solid objects before lowering the vehicle.
→ Raise the vehicle only at the take-up points provided.
- Raise the vehicle at the four jacking points.
Information
- Under no circumstances should the vehicle be lifted by the engine, transmission or axles.
- To avoid damage to the door sills and sill covers, turn up the mounting plates on the lifting platform.

Align the support plate of the lifting platform so that it lines up with the illustrated jacking point -arrow-
. Repeat the procedure on the other side.
