- Remove alarm siren.
- Drain the brake fluid reservoir.

Connect the bleeder valve on one brake calliper to a suitable brake fluid collecting bottle using a suitable hose.
NOTIFICATION
Powder-coated brake callipers on S models (red brake callipers)
- Extended exposure to brake fluid can damage the coating.
→ During servicing, clean the brake callipers as quickly as possible to remove all traces of brake fluid.

- 2.2 Open bleeder valve on the brake calliper.
- 2.3 Unscrew threaded cover on brake fluid reservoir.
- 2.4 Press the brake pedal several times until the brake fluid reservoir is pumped empty.

Tighten threaded cover on brake fluid reservoir.

- 2.6 Close the bleeder valve on the brake calliper and disconnect hose from the bleeder valve on the brake calliper.

Clean off any escaping brake fluid immediately using suitable cleaning aids.
Wash affected components again with water and dry them.

Connect the bleeder valve on one brake calliper to a suitable brake fluid collecting bottle using a suitable hose.
