Installing Radial Shaft Seal On PORSCHE DOPPELKUPPLUNG (PDK)

Fit new radial shaft seal on > 9829 - assembly tool.
1. 1.1 Position screw -5- .
2. 1.2 Slide on sleeve -4- .
3. 1.3 Carefully slide radial shaft seal over the sleeve -4- .
4. 1.4 Fit outer guide sleeve -3- .
5. 1.5 Insert inner guide sleeve -2- .
6. 1.6 Screw on nut -1- .

Information

The > 9829 - assembly tool must remain fitted for approx. 1 minute to allow the radial shaft seal to settle.
Fit new radial shaft seal on Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) using > 9829 - assembly tool.
1. 2.1 Counter at the screw when turning the nut.
Remove assembly tool.
Check installation position of radial shaft seal.
Installation position: Radial shaft seal flush with the cover on the Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK)!
