Assembling Steering Wheel
The steering wheel is assembled in reverse order to disassembly. Pay particular attention to the following:
- Tighten fastening screws -1-
on the contact bridge -2-
> Tightening torque 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)
Check that the springs are fitted between the contact bridge and steering wheel skeleton and check that they are seated correctly.

Information
Multi-functional switches can be used immediately after installation. They do not need to be coded.
- Fit multi-functional switch -2-
with cables and front trim -3-
into the main cover.

- Tighten fastening screws -1-
for the multi-functional switch -2-
and front trim -3-
. > Tightening torque 0.45 Nm (0.25 ftlb.)

- Fit Mode switch - if installed -2-
on the steering wheel and connect electric plug connection -1-

- Tighten fastening screws -1-
for main cover. > Tightening torque 2 Nm (1.5 ftlb.)

- Insert paddles into guides -1-

- Tighten fastening screws -1-
for the paddles -2-
, > Tightening torque 2.5 Nm (2 ftlb.)

- Insert control unit -1-
at the rear in the steering wheel and lock it
Then lock the control unit at the front in the steering wheel at position -arrow- .

- Tighten fastening screws -1-
on the rear cover -2-
> Tightening torque 2.7 Nm (2 ftlb.)
