Adjusting Front-Axle Camber

  1. To adjust the camber,  open the front lid and move the technical equipment space cover into service position. Service position: Lift up the cover and engage the yellow support in the luggage compartment lid -1-  .

    Information 

    The spring-strut mount is made of aluminium, so do not tap it, but use a suitable lever to prevent damage. 

  2. The camber is adjusted by moving the spring strut in transverse direction -arrows-  .

    Adjusting front-axle camber

    1. 2.1  Loosen three fastening nuts -1-  on the spring-strut supporting mount and move the spring strut as required -arrows-  .
    2. 2.2  Tighten lock nuts -1-  to > Tightening torque 33 Nm (24.3 ftlb.)  .
