Measuring Height Of Front And Rear Axle

Information 

• The vehicle height at front and rear axle cannot be adjusted. 
• For the height check, put the vehicle on a level surface or on the measuring platform (ready to drive, with full fuel tank and tools but without driver or additional weights). 
• Compress (push down) vehicle at front and rear axles twice or three times and allow it to spring back freely. 
• Measure from road contact surface to measuring point on the body. 
• A quick check can be performed by measuring from the lower edge of the wing to the center of the wheel. 

Front-axle height:  Measure from road contact surface to measuring point on cross member/bulkhead of the body -arrows-  .

Rear-axle height:  Measure from road contact surface to lower edge of diagonal brace (between the ribs) at wishbone fastening point -arrow-  .
