Additional Information On Recommended Fuel Transfer Units

  1. > VAS 5190A - Fuel extractor  must now be prepared for extracting fuel.
    1. 1.1 Connect the fuel hose -1  - to the changeover tank.
    2. 1.2 Connect the venting device (transparent hose) -2  -.
    3. 1.3 Position the pneumatic stop switch -3  - on the tank and secure with two knurled nuts.
    4. 1.4 Then connect the suction hose to the connection -1  -.

  2. Connect the earth cable.
    1. 2.1 For both units, the earth cable must be connected to the ground point on the vehicle while working! 
  3. >VAS 5190A - Fuel extractor 
    1. 3.1 Move lever -1  - to Filling -3  - or Pumping out -4  - position.
    2. 3.2 Switch the pump on or off using lever -2  -.
