Installing Heat Shield (On Turbocharger)

Information

The high-temperature grease from Porsche AG has the part number 000.043.207.07.
1. 1.1 Coat the thread of the fastening screw -1 - with high-temperature grease.
2. 1.2 Guide heat shield section (on turbocharger) -2 - into assembly position.
3. 1.3 Fit fastening screw -1 - and tighten to > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.) .

Fit heat shield section (on turbocharger) -1 -.
1. 2.1 Push on heat shield section (on turbocharger) -1 - (-opposite direction to arrow- ).

Fit fastening screws -1 - on holder -2 - for heat shield section (on turbocharger) and tighten to > Tightening torque 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) .
