Removing Intake Manifold

1. Intake manifold
2. Vent line
3. Spring band clamp
4. Tank ventilation sensor (USA) or dummy
5. Tapping screw (self-tapping)
6. Screws securing intake pipe to turbocharger

1. Disconnect tank ventilation sensor (or dummy) on the intake manifold.
   1. 1.1 Unscrew screw -2  - and leave the sensor -1  - hanging at the side.

2. Loosen intake manifold at the turbocharger.
   1. 2.1 Unscrew screws -2  - and disconnect intake manifold -1  -.
   2. 2.2 Replace O-ring.
