Installing Intake Manifold
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Grease new O-ring on the intake manifold with a light coating of Kluber Syntheso Glep.
- Guide in intake manifold.
- Connect breather hose to the pressure pipe and secure with a spring band clamp.
- Fit intake manifold on the turbocharger and secure with screws.
> Tightening torque 12 Nm (9 ftlb.)
- Fit tank ventilation sensor or dummy on the intake manifold.
- 5.1 Screw in and tighten tapping screw.
> Tightening torque 2 Nm (1.5 ftlb.) + 0.5 Nm (0.3 ftlb.)
- 5.1 Screw in and tighten tapping screw.
