Removing Oil Separator

Loosen intake manifold at the turbocharger.
1. 1.1 Unscrew fastening screws -2- and pull off intake manifold -1- .
2. 1.2 Replace O-ring.

Unclip vacuum lines -1- from the oil separator.

Unclipping vacuum lines
Unscrew and remove fastening screws -2- on the oil separator -1- .

Loosening oil separator
Unscrew and remove fastening screw -2- on the oil separator -1- .
Release plug-in couplings -3, 4 and 5- and pull off vent lines.

Remove oil separator -1- .
