Subsequent Work

- Only for 2.5-litre engines:
Convert vibration damper.
- 1.1 Fit vibration damper (2.5-litre engine) with new screws.
- 1.2 Tighten screws and secure vibration damper using > T10172A - Counter-hold tool
.
Step 1: > Initial tightening 3 Nm (2 ftlb.)
Step 2: > Initial tightening 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)
Step 3: > Torque angle 90° +/- 5°
- Fit and tension the drive belt.
- Install pressure pipe.
> 214119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PRESSURE PIPE - portion on "Installing".
- Install rear wall cover.
> 555919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR WALL COVER - portion on "Installing".
- Fit spark plugs.
- Complete the vehicle.
