Installing Coolant Pump

WARNING:
Caustic fluids
- Danger of chemical burns
- → Wear personal protective gear.
- → Ensure that there is good ventilation.
- → Avoid contact with caustic fluid.
- → If you do come into contact, wash off immediately with plenty of warm water and contact a doctor if necessary.
Information
- Coat O-rings, hoses and lines in the cooling system with Kluberplus Gel (Part No. 000.043.205.93).
- Carefully clean the sealing faces.
- Replace seals on the coolant pump and on the coolant pipe.
- 2.1 Secure both seals with Doboseal 08-07 (Part No. 000.043.303.93) in the sealing groove.
- Further installation is performed in reverse order to removal.
- First fit all screws, then tighten them!
M6 screws -1 and 2- > Tightening torque 10 Nm (7.5 ftlb.)
Screw, M8-3- > Tightening torque 33 Nm (24 ftlb.)
