Checking Function Of Reservoir Cap

Connect tester.
1. 1.1 Screw on cap -1- securely using > 9942 - adapter-2- .
2. 1.2 Connect adapter and > V.A.G 1274B - Tester for Cooling System-3- using hose adapter FZ 100K .

Test step:
1. 2.1 Build up overpressure using the pump.
2. 2.2 The valve opens at an overpressure of 1.4 +/- 0.1 bar . The pressure then drops slowly and the valve closes at 1.0 bar. If the pressure drops further, replace the cap.
