Removing Intake-Air Distributor

Unscrew fastening screws -1 and 2- .
Use a bar magnet to remove the fastening screws (some screws are hard to reach)!

Disconnect vacuum line -1 - from vacuum unit.
Unclip line -2 - from air-conditioning compressor holder -3 -.

Release and disconnect electric plug connection -3 - for intake manifold pressure sensor.
Release and disconnect plug-in couplings -1 and 2- .

Unclip retaining clip -3 - for electric wire harness.
Unclip electric line -2 - and move it aside.
Unclip lines -1 - and move them aside as far as technically possible.

Remove holder for boost pressure control cycle valve at the left section. Unscrew screws and set boost pressure control cycle valve aside.
Lift up intake-air distributor and disconnect left section -1 - from the middle section -2 -.
Remove left section -1 -.
Carefully guide out the middle and right section -2 and 3- .

Clean sealing faces, cover openings on the cylinder head and replace seals.
